22 Units, Acquired April 30, 2019

We completely renovated all the hallways and common areas, including the laundry room. We installed additional storage in the laundry room for each tenant, added six enclosed individual parking garages and renovated 19 of the units. We also updated windows, the front and back entrances, upgraded the balcony railings to glass railings and installs more security cameras. The furnace and hot water systems were also upgraded during the renovation.

13 Units, Acquired December 20, 2019

We renovated 12 units, installed a new roof, update of the common areas, waterproofed the lower level, installed new windows and doors throughout, updated all of the plumbing in the building and install ductless splits. More lighting and security cameras were installed throughout the property.

65 St George St. Brantford ON

24 Units, Acquired September 10, 2020

All the common areas were painted, new floor laid, the elevators were updated, and the underground parking garage was painted with more lighting installed to increase security. 21 units were completely renovated including updating balcony doors some windows. Ductless splits were out at two every units and due to the electrical needs, the building was updated to 600-amp service.

Full building renovation, complete common area update, foundational issues addressed and upgrade of utilities. Complete renovation on most units including drywall, flooring, baseboards, kitchen cabinets & tile, ductless splits installation, electrical rough ins and finishes, plumbing rough ins and finishes.

16 Units, Acquired June 5, 2020

This was a typical BRRR renovation project that we have completed. We updated all common areas to modernize the building. Updated all the units including; flooring, bathrooms and kitchens, paint, appliances, doors and small accent features including; pulls, switch covers etc. We also updated some of the utilities throughout.
